Abe Lincoln for Inspiration

Abe Lincoln's Platform

I was working on a quilt block today called Abe Lincoln's Platform and thought this would be the perfect time to show what an inspirational and thought-provoking man he was as well.

Some thoughts by Honest Abe:

• "In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years."
• "It has been my experience that folks who have no vices have very few virtues."
